To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• In good, clean condition
• Unwashed and undamaged
• Returned with its original packaging where possible
• Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order number or confirmation email
Items that show clear signs of heavy use, misuse, damage, or washing may not be eligible for a refund.

Please do not send your item back before contacting us first.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@wearelovly.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review the case and offer the best solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size, colour, or style, please return your original item and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns on items that are:

• Returned in an unsuitable condition
• Missing essential parts or packaging
